Mexico - Andy's dinner
Chicken Mole (pronounced mol-a, the "a" is similar to how you would say ole') - Those are black beans on the right with some rice next them. Over the rice is a grilled chicken breast smothered in a nice mole sauce topped with some sliced avocado. This dish is served over a banana leaf so as to help keep everything study.

Mexico - Dianna's dish
BBQ salmon - a nice serving of salmon cooked in a sweet but spicy BBQ sauce served over some chipotle flavored mashed potatoes. A few stems of asparagus along with some sliced zucchini are added for some additional flavor and aesthetic appeal. The dish is topped off with a sliced plantain and completed nicely with a island flower.

July 4th Fireworks
One of Dianna's co-workers, Amy, was nice enough to give us the key to her apartment which overlooks Lake Union. This also happened to be the lake where they were lighting off the fireworks for Seattle which provided us a great view. We went up to the roof of her apartment building where people had been BBQ-ing and drinking and hung out for a bit waiting for the fireworks and then enjoyed the show that Seattle had to offer.
Happy 4th of July!
July 5th
Hello from Seattle. This morning has been another lazy morning which has been very nice! I slept in until about 9:30 and then we've just been kind of hanging out for a while doing about as little as possible. Yesterday was a pretty cool day though. We had so much fun at the Mariner's game! We were just past third base in the 9th row. The weather was almost perfect, partly cloudy for most of the game so it wasn't to hot, and a nice breeze kept the air moving and the temperatures just right. We went up to the top of the stadium towards the end of the game for a few minutes to snap some photos of the city before heading back into downtown to catch a movie.

July 4th update
So, its about 12:30 here and we're on our way to the Mariner's game. Last night we celebrated Tim's birthday (Cindy's boyfriend) which was quite a bit of fun. This morning we slept in and then ate some cool ranch Doritos for breakfast mmmm! Then I had a nap and now we're on our way to the game. After the game we'll catch a movie and some dinner and then head over to Amy's (dianna's co-worker) house to watch the fireworks.
Happy 4th of July!

Flight delay
So, our plane arrived late delaying our flight about 20 minutes so far. Hopefully that's all we'll be delayed!
